• One Villa Manager
  Our Manager meets and greets all guests upon arrival and leads the team to satisfy and exceed the expectations of each guest.
• One Chef
  The Longhouse is proud to have an excellent chef trained in local & international cuisine. The chef takes personal responsibility for market shopping to ensure the freshest and best quality produce, meats and seafood.
• Two Butlers
  The butlers work in shifts to provide a personal butler service including food & beverage as well as accommodating all other guest needs and requests.
• Three Maids
  The maids work in shifts to attend to all housekeeping and laundry services. They also work cooperatively with the Butlers to serve guests of The Longhouse. The maids perform the daily offerings throughout the villa in keeping with Balinese Hindu tradition.
• One Gardener & One Pool Attendant
  The friendly gardener and pool attendant work discreetly to maintain the beautiful gardens and to maintain and test the pool daily without disturbing the guests.
• Four Security Guards
  The guards are well-trained professionals hired from the local village to ensure the safety and security of guests and the premises.
